Order Placement and Delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest without the obligation to create an account. However, we recommend creating an account if you want to review your order history and have your shopping cart items and payment details saved for next time. It's quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://hatarshop.com/account/register and follow the on-screen instructions.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is sent automatically to your email address when you place an order. If you haven't received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us through our contact section or via our email contact@hatarshop.com in case there is any issue with your order. Before contacting us, please check your spam or junk mail folder in case the order confirmation has been redirected there.

Why has my order been cancelled?

We normally only cancel orders if there is a problem with inventory or if you have asked us to cancel it. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled due to a problem on our end. We will always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is a short period of time between when you place your order and when we begin processing it. If you contact us immediately after placing your order, through our contact section, we may be able to cancel your order before it is processed. If not, we will ship your order and you can then return it to us if you wish upon receipt.

Can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once we have started processing it. If you need to order a larger quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online. However, we deal with customer issues on an individual basis and if you contact us we will do everything we can to help you.

When will my order arrive?

Orders requiring shipping within the United States will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on the shipping method you have chosen. Shipping to countries outside the United States may take up to 14 days. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you ordered and the country it will be shipped to. If your order value is more than $50, we offer free shipping within the United States and the European Union.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, to its dispatch and delivery. In delivery confirmation emails, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to check the progress of your order from our shipping section.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in undamaged, unused condition and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about your order, we recommend placing several different orders and returning the unwanted product.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team at contact@hatarshop.com If the return is made within the 14 day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will send you a return note by mail electronic. You must print this and attach it to the product packaging when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for appropriate packaging when returning an item.

What do I do if I lose my return note?

We send return notes by email, so if you can locate the email we sent you, simply print a new copy. If you cannot find this email, please contact us and request that we resend it to you.

My order has arrived but it is not as I expected. What I can do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via contact@hatarshop.com or via our contact section. the corresponding details. We will respond within 24 hours. If you simply don't like the product for any reason, we will gladly accept it as a return as long as it is in "as new" condition, in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days of receiving the item in our warehouse, but it may take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund to your account or card.

Payments

What payment methods does HATARSHOP accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Union Pay. We also accept payments through PayPal, or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you will be redirected to the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you will be asked to log in and process your payment. You will then be redirected to our website once the transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of returning the item. However, please note that it may take several days for your bank to process the payment and return it to your account. That being said, please allow us up to ten business days after shipping the item back to us before contacting us about your refund. We will contact you by email to inform you when your refund has been processed.

Others

Do you sell gift vouchers?

If we do it. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you're not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply purchase a gift voucher worth $10, $20 or $50.
