1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available in countries where HATARSHOP operates local warehouses, with additional countries being added as new warehouses open. At the time of placing a cash-on-delivery order, only the countries currently available will appear in the order form selector. If your country is not listed, please choose an alternative payment method
- COD orders require customer availability to accept delivery. Repeated refusals may result in account restrictions or IP-based blocks, as outlined in our FAQ
- Customers must provide accurate contact and address information to ensure successful delivery
2. Prepaid Orders
- Available worldwide, including countries where COD is not yet active
- Payment is required before shipment via: credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna, or Crypto USDC
- Prepaid orders may be shipped from the nearest warehouse with product availability to ensure the fastest possible delivery
5.3 Warehouses and Fulfillment Centers
- HATARSHOP maintains local warehouses in COD-active countries to ensure 24–48 hour delivery
- International shipments are dispatched from regional warehouses to optimize delivery times
- For countries where COD is not yet active, warehouse selection ensures:
- Fastest possible dispatch
- Compliance with customs and import/export regulations
- Product availability assurance

5.4 Estimated Delivery Times
COD Countries (Local Warehouse):
- Orders typically delivered within 24–48 business hours
- Fast delivery is possible because:
- Products are stocked within the country
- COD requires local logistics partners
- International COD from one country to another is not possible due to logistical, legal, and customs limitations
Prepaid International Orders:
- Estimated delivery: 9–15 business days depending on location, customs clearance, and courier operations
- Delivery times may vary based on:
- International transport logistics
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance procedures
- Local courier operations
- Seasonal demand or peak periods
- Some orders may arrive earlier or slightly later than the estimated timeframe
5.5 Tracking and Notifications
HATARSHOP provides tracking information at every stage of the order, from processing to dispatch and delivery.
Customers receive tracking codes via:
- Email (confirmation and updates)
- WhatsApp (fastest notifications for COD and urgent queries)
- Advanced tracking requests can be submitted through WhatsApp, including exact tracking codes for detailed shipment monitoring.
5.6 Shipping Responsibilities of Customers
- Ensure accurate shipping address and contact details
- Make arrangements to accept COD deliveries if applicable
- Retain proof of delivery in case of disputes or lost shipments
- Packaging must comply with return policies when returning items

Note: Some items may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries due to local law. HATARSHOP reserves the right to limit or deny shipments to such locations.
5.8 Lost or Delayed Shipments
- HATARSHOP works with reputable carriers but cannot always control external delays
- In case of lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, customers must contact HATARSHOP immediately via WhatsApp or email
- Proper documentation, including order number, proof of payment, and tracking info, is required to resolve claims efficiently

International:
