6.3 Payment Methods and Policies
HATARSHOP accepts multiple payment methods, each with specific conditions:
Credit/Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, UnionPay)
- Transactions are processed securely through authorized gateways
Digital Wallets (PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna, Crypto USDC)
- Payment is redirected to the respective platform. HATARSHOP is not liable for issues originating from these providers
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available only in countries where cash-on-delivery (COD) is supported through HATARSHOP’s local warehouse network. The countries currently eligible for COD will appear in the order form selector at checkout. If your country is not listed, please select an alternative payment method
- Customers must be available to accept delivery. Repeated refusal may result in:
- Account restrictions
- IP-based blocks preventing future COD orders
- Legal claim for logistics costs
6.4 Orders, Shipping, and Delivery
- HATARSHOP ships from local warehouses or the nearest available warehouse for international customers
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on the country and shipping method:
- COD countries: 24–48 hours from local warehouse
- International prepaid orders: 9–15 business days
- Shipping may be affected by: customs, logistics, weather, or seasonal demand
- HATARSHOP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
- HATARSHOP is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
International Orders and Customs Requirements
For orders shipped to countries where Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available, customers may be required to provide additional identification or tax information in accordance with the requirements of customs authorities. This may include, where applicable: DNI, NIF, NIE, CIF, RUT, RUN, CUIL, CUIT, CPF, CNPJ, RFC, VAT number, EORI number, Tax Identification Number (TIN), or other equivalent national identification numbers.
Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in customs delays, shipment retention, additional charges, or return of the package.
HATARSHOP is not responsible for customs clearance delays, additional duties, taxes, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged shipments:
Customers must contact HATARSHOP immediately with proof of order, photos, and tracking information
6.5 Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
- Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy
- Customers must provide clear photos of the product, original label, and evidence of condition
- Refunds will be processed according to payment method and may take additional days for banks or payment providers
- COD orders are strictly monitored; repeated refusals may lead to restrictions
Order Cancellations and Modifications:
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In such cases, customers must wait until delivery and follow the return procedure in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method and may take additional days depending on banks or payment providers.
COD orders are strictly monitored; repeated refusals may lead to account or IP restrictions.
6.6 User Responsibilities
By using HATARSHOP, customers agree to:

- Follow return instructions when requesting refunds
- Avoid fraudulent or illegal activities on the site, including:

Customers using Cash on Delivery (COD) must ensure availability to accept deliveries. Repeated refusals may result in account restrictions linked to the customer’s IP address, in accordance with our refund and security policies.
6.10 Legal Compliance
- Transactions in the USA comply with FTC, state consumer protection, and electronic commerce laws
- International orders comply with applicable local e-commerce regulations and consumer rights directives
- HATARSHOP reserves the right to refuse orders or limit access where compliance is uncertain
