Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can place an order as a guest without the obligation to create an account. However, we recommend creating an account if you want to review your order history and have your shopping cart items and payment details saved for next time. It's quick and easy to create an account. What payment methods does HATARSHOP accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and UnionPay.
We also accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, cryptocurrencies, and cash on delivery (COD) in countries where this option is available. If you choose PayPal, Google Pay, or Klarna, you will be redirected to their website to log in and complete the payment. Once the transaction is complete, you will be redirected back to our website.
In exceptional cases, we may accept bank transfers, but this requires contacting us directly via WhatsApp before placing your order to receive the necessary instructions and confirmation.
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 3–7 business days of receiving and approving your returned item. However, please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction and reflect the funds in your account.
We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days after shipping the item back to us before contacting us regarding your refund. Once your refund has been processed, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email with confirmation of the transaction.
